Budget Beatdown

Modern Aggro UR (Izzet)

Cougz

Sideboard

Maybeboard

Instant (4)

Sorcery (4)

This deck is a fast, angry, hit-you-in-the-face-for-20-all-at-once kind of deck. It also happens to be a pauper deck (all commons!)

your first play is probably gonna be a creature, once you have one on the board, Kiln Fiend hopefully, but Wee Dragonauts or Nivix Cyclops will do in a pinch, scout your opponent's hand with a Gitaxian Probe to plan your attack. then if all is clear, unload with your instants and sorceries to swing in for lethal in one turn.
Vapor Snag and Lightning Bolt can nuke pesky blockers.Apostle's Blessing can protect your attacker, or make it unblockable.
Artful Dodge and Distortion Strike will get this done too.
Assault Strobe and Mutagenic Growth will beef your creature to hit really really really hard.

Turn 3 wins:
t1: island
t2: mountain, Kiln Fiend
t3: Assault Strobe, and two other instant/sorcery spells... Distortion Strike, Apostle's Blessing, etc...

another turn 3 win:
t1: mountain
t2: island, exile Simian Spirit Guide from hand, cast Nivix Cyclops or Wee Dragonauts
t3: you know what to do...

a turn 4 win looks very similar, but with one of the 3 drop creatures.

Suggestions

Updates Add

If you don't care about having all commons, and you have a little extra cash, you could spice this deck up a bit.
Scalding Tarn, Sulfur Falls and Steam Vents could go a long way, though you have to be careful paying life with all the phyrexian mana spells floating around.
Remand would probably be way better than Rune Snag or Mana Leak as one of your optional counterspells.
sideboarding a Surgical Extraction could help you get rid of their removal spells to ensure that you get to connect with an attack.
Magma Jet could be a good add, as this deck tends to dump it's hand fast and wind up top-decking.
Spellheart Chimera might be a good late-game finisher, if for some reason your earlier full-out attacks didn't connect
Izzet Charm is just plain versatile and great. and I dunno... Lightning Greaves for more speedy beats maybe?
