Budget Ayli Cleric EDH

The deck is feeling really slow and lacking win conditions. I like the idea of the deck, but seems off. I play out my hand and don't have anyway to refill. Looking for help trying to get more consistent win conditions and speed the deck up a bit. I am noticing a lack of high toughness creatures for Ayli to sac. I am okay straying outside the cleric tribe a bit if it really helps the deck. Thanks in advance.
