This is my sliver deck that I am trying to get more competitive on a budget.

How to play the deck

Ramp into Sliver Overlord as soon as possible, then tutor Crystalline Sliver , Sliver Overlord , and/or, depending on the decks you are facing, Root Sliver for protection. Once you are well protected, get Manaweft Sliver or Gemhide Sliver , and Heart Sliver or Cloudshredder Sliver to get tons of mana fast. Get out key slivers, then combo off.

Combos

Key combos in this deck are Gemhide Sliver or Manaweft Sliver + Heart Sliver or Cloudshredder Sliver + Hibernation Sliver + Lavabelly Sliver + Essence Sliver and/or Syphon Sliver + any one mana sliver (in this deck, I only use Striking Sliver ) for infinite pings, infinite etbs, and infinite life (if you have both Essence Sliver and Syphon Sliver . The way this works is: tap your one mana sliver ( Striking Sliver ) for the right color to cast it, (), pay 2 life, bounce it to your hand, cast it with the floated mana, deal 1 damage, gain 2 life, rinse and repeat.
