Saw the idea for this awhile ago in an article and thought and take a swing at it with my own version. you run Shrieking Affliction + The Rack for your win condition. Then there is good synergy between Dakmor Salvage + Raven's Crime . A good addition I think was Sign in Blood. It's a budget build so no Liliana or Confidant.
