The idea is to mill a lot of cards and then use Immortal Coil as a life bonus.

To avoid losing the game when the graveyard is empty, we use Etherium Astrolabe and Ratchet Bomb which can be used to get rid of Immortal Coil.

Right now this deck is pure garbage.

I'd add some more relatively powerful creatures that could strike with impunity (so flying, shadow, horsemanship, something like that). They should be artifacts so that Fabricate can fetch them when needed. I'm thinking something like Architects of Will, Parasitic Strix or Etherium Abomination.
