Concept BU Raiders' Wake, Torment of Scarabs deck focusing on control of the opponents hand and battlefield. Adding cards like Heartless Pillage for control (and extra damage when Raiders' Wake is out, Torment of Hailfire as the win-condition. Put Trial of Ambition coupled with Cartouche of Knowledge back in for some battlefield control as well as a beefed up Dreamstealer. There's less creatures now, but a bunch more control, which affords time for Raiders' Wake and Torment of Scarabs to slowly constrict the opponent for a much more effective Torment of Hailfire.

Took out the Pirate-theme for extra manna as well as some draw-cycling utilizing Dire Fleet Hoarder with Costly Plunder. I think it was a round-about way to control, and it didn't seem to further the game in my advantage.
