Pretty easy to run deck. Basically you use Remand and Mana Leak to shut down your opponents moves, then use cards like Path to Exile , Lightning Bolt , Lightning Helix and Terminate to control the field and Tectonic Edge to take out man-lands or at least cripple their mana pool. Stall until you can drop Kiki-Jiki, Mirror Breaker + Restoration Angel for the infinite combo or beat them down. Plus Snapcaster Mage and Wall of Omens can be re-activated by Restoration Angel and Kiki-Jiki, Mirror Breaker giving you plenty of options and answers. Added black to give access to additional removal, Surgical Extraction as a stall technique and deck crippler, Liliana of the Veil as a devastating planeswalker, Tasigur, the Golden Fang as cheap aggro and utility, and Dark Confidant as extra draw. Watch out for Torpor Orb as this shuts down the infinite combo and hits a lot of this decks answers.

When sideboarding;

Add Leyline of Sanctity in for decks that require them to target you like Burn or 8-rack

Add in Linvala, Keeper of Silence against pesky creatures like Spellskite , Arcbound Ravager , and Steel Overseer .

Add Archangel of Tithes in against aggro decks to slow them down or to severely limit a combat based infinite combo.

Add Counterflux in against heavy counter decks or storm to overload and stop grapeshot or if extra counter spells are needed.

Add Thoughtseize in to cripple starting hands as a turn one play and/or to get around cards that can't be countered.

Add in Dismember against big creature decks, infect or if you just need that extra removal.

Add in Ajani Vengeant for utility andd extra life gain.

The maybe board is full of suggestions to vary up the build, some budget options are in there as the price for the current build is high.
