Why play Azorius without playing control?
Because enchantments.
But really, because I love playing enchantment-based decks, I love Voltron strategies, and I really love surprising people with 21 commander damage in a single attack.

Maybeboard is the cards I may potentially include at some point, whether because of prohibitive price or simply not having on hand.
Sideboard is all the cards currently in the deck that are likely to get the ax in favor of those in the maybeboard.

Win condition is basically cast Bruna, Light of Alabaster; give her haste using Hall of the Bandit Lord, Swiftfoot Boots, etc.; make her unblockable using Thassa, God of the Sea, Rogue's Passage, etc.; apply as many auras as possible and swing; use cards like Flickerform, Swiftfoot Boots, etc. to prevent her being killed by unforseen measures.

Combos/Synergies
Willbreaker on enemy creatures to steal them
Sunbond with any lifelink aura, but especially Celestial Mantle + Sunbond
Bruna's ability causes any ETB effects from the auras she pulls to occur simultaneously, meaning Sage's Reverie draws a card for all the auras she pulls onto herself.
Flickerform + Sage's Reverie - Draw cards for every aura
