The goal is to get to mana, at that point you can cast Kozilek which is all you really need. Since you get the four cards on cast, you have four more cards in hand and mana and at that point you can really start going crazy. There is a ton of ramp in the deck meant to make it so you can just continually cast Kozilek if he's getting hated out. Also, dude, look at all those Kozileks. LOOK AT THEM.

The multitude of random lands are there mostly because why not? If they could possibly maybe do something a waste couldn't, why not have the possible option? This is an actual functional deck, so thats why potential good cards that could be included (Vesuva, Aether Vial, and Wasteland for example) are not in the deck, because I don't have them.

There aren't a ton of equipment or swords because it's much more of a ramp/beat-down than a voltron deck. Getting Ugin, the Spirit Dragon's ultimate off in this deck is about the most amazing thing ever. Swing with a ton of eldrazi with annihilator and have fun, kozilek can always be cast again, and between him and ulamog its near impossible to get mulled.
