There's a lot going on here. The base of the deck is a Jeskai Ascendancy-based token deck, but Zada, Hedron Grinder can be used with cantrips/pump to act as a suitable secondary win-con. Bring to Light is used to get whatever you need, specifically Noyan Dar, Roil Shaper, who, with Jeskai Ascendancy, can do degenerate things with all the cantripping and Treasure Cruiseing in the deck.
