This is my budget variation on 8 rack. The deck normally goes for less than $100 however I happened to have one Lili so I included her in the list. Includes the awesome dakmore/crime loop. Side board includes more removal and has GY hate in the form of extirpate and spellbomb. Let me know what you think but try to keep it budget.
