The object is not to mill 2 to 4 at a time but rather end the game in a single mill turn.. For example:

On turns 1 through 4 I will play Venture Deeper milling for 4 and then giving me a 0/4 blocker.. Play Shiekhorn milling for a total of 6.. And play a Hedron Crab milling for 6 with each Evolving wild type land I play and use.

During my opponents turn 5 or 6, they play 2 spells.. I then play 1 High Tide making my land tap for double.. I then tap 2 land and cast 1 Snap adding 2 floating blue mana.. I then cast 1 Thought Scour allowing me to mill them for 2 and I draw a card.. Next I cast 1 Dream Twist milling them for 3.. Next is a Vision Charm to mill for 4.. and finally a Brain freeze that will mill counting 7 spells played during the opponents turn and milling for 24 and a total of 33 this turn.

Minus the opening hand of 7, only 53 cards are needed from the start of the game to be milled.. Then add in them drawing for 5 turns means only 48 to end the game.

If you manage to get out 2 Hedron Crab and play one of 8 Evolving Wild type land, thats a mill for 12.. With a deck size of 53 cards after the opening 7 hand, that mills 23% of their deck.
