Maybeboard

This deck is obviously a riff on the Nate P/Brian W The Deck - Breya (cEDH), but with some tweaks for standard 4-player EDH.

For the multiplayer format, I've tried to bias the deck towards the Urza/Combo elements at the expense of pointed counter magic. I also have some treasure focused components to help fuel large constructs, float mana, and even provide a combo win.

Multiplayer Specific Card Choices

Expropriate provides a good way to lock up a win during multiplayer stalemates.

Smothering Tithe is a great resource leveler at worst, and often nets you some blue mana on opponents turns allowing for you to risk tapping out more often yet still playing counter magic.

I am testing a build with Swan Song swapped out for Spell Swindle. I used to just dismiss this card, but it is an expensive mana drain, which means you should consider it. For longer games, this may not be so bad, especially EDH where turn 4 you can easily have 9 mana or so. Here, it is synergistic with Urza and Karn constructs too. I believe if Spell Swindle and Smothering Tithe make it into your build, you should consider including Revel in Riches, as you are a tutor away from a win.

The biggest weakness of this variant is Blood Moon. With less counter magic a Blood Moon has more of a chance to hit the table. Once it hits, there are no basic plains to get a disenchant or seal of cleansing off. Either Nevinyrral's Disk or Scourglass could help. I'd give the edge to Scourglass because it helps preserve our artifacts and can take out Planeswalkers too (a second weak spot of this deck). Alternatively, Mycosynth Lattice would be good. But, in general the mana base for this deck is so good that the day-to-day benefits of the lattice are hard to justify. Lastly, there are so many artifacts and mana rocks in the deck, plus Karn, Scion of Urza, that you can conceivably win with a blood moon on the table.

I think Manifold Key is a very useful card in this deck, so don't dismiss it out of hand. Even for a competitive kill, this 1 mana artifact untaps your larger mana rocks while you wait to make a construct unblockable.

A number of synergistic possible combos can seal the deal:
Manifold Key can help get a beefy construct through.
