This is my build for Breya.

The General basis is to play artifacts out for reduced cost or cheat them out with things like Master Transmuter and Muzzio. This is a hell of a fun deck to play.

The thopters are used more as a utility. You can sac them to do all sorts of stuff, like draw cards or gain life, or they can be used to fuel Cranial Plating and Master of Etherium. They may also be used to win via Mechanized Production or through the infinite thopters combo within the deck. There's a lot of options with this deck.

Lastly, the infinite combo. The key pieces are: Clock of Omens, Breya, Eldrazi Displacer, and Thran Dynamo. Use the Thran Dynamo to Activate Eldrazi Displacer's ability and target Breya with it, giving you 2 more thopters upon her entry. Then, with Clock of Omens, tap the two thopters to untap Thran Dynamo and rinse and repeat.
