Not sure what to cut for Anointed Procession. Need suggestions!

You need tutors as well. You're deck will be to slow with how you have it set up.

I ordered a Fabricate, and I have Increasing Ambition and Dark Petition in the deck already, most lower cmc tutors are too expensive to buy though.

Time Sieve works great in this deck and combos infinite with Thopter Foundry and Sword of the Meek

Nim Deathmantle why dont you have it in here?
You have ashnod and Eldrazi Displacer which combos out for infinite mana, and infinite thopters. So why not nims mantle as well.
You should run Krark-Clan Ironworks as well. It acts as another ashnods to get infinite mana.
