Breya cEDH deck.

The deck plans to make infinite mana using the following combos:

  • Dramatic Scepter

  • Bomberman

  • Worldgorger Dragon

Can also use Ad Naus and Angel's Grace to draw whole deck, Doomsday, or Snapcaster Mage and Heat Shimmer to win

Our main goal with all of the combos, except the last, is to generate infinite colored mana. From there, we can repeatedly cast Breya and use her first ability, sacrificing herself and a thopter, to kill our opponents.

  • Dramatic Scepter: This combo involves casting Dramatic Reversal + Isochron Scepter . From there, as long as we have three mana being generated from mana rocks, at least one of which is any color, we generate infinite mana.

  • Bomberman: This combo involves Auriok Salvagers + Lion's Eye Diamond . We can crack LED for 3 , and then use Auriok Salvagers' ability to return LED to our hand. Therefore, we are netting 1 mana each time. After we have infinite white mana, we can use it to start creating the other colors.

  • Worldgorger Dragon: this combo involves having Worldgorger Dragon in the graveyard, Animate Dead or Dance of the Dead, a way to generate all colored mana, and a method of stopping the loop. We want to cast our reanimate cards targeting Worldgorger Dragon and float as much mana as we can. When Worldgorger Dragon enters the battlefield, its ETB goes on the stack, and all other cards we control are exiled. Since our reanimater card is now exiled, Worldgorger goes back to the yard. This causes our reanimator spell to reenter and we target Worldgorger again, repeating the loop. Note: we need at least one other creature in a yard to stop the loop, or a way of exiling Worldgorger Dragon (Swords to Plowshares), otherwise the loop can't stop and the game ends in a draw

  • Dualcaster Mage + Heat Shimmer : This combo involves having another creature on the field. From there,, we cast card: Heath Shimmer targeting that creature, then flast in Dualcaster Mage, and change the target to Dualcaster. This will create a copy of Dualcaster Mage, and a copy of Heat Shimmer. Have the new copy target Dualcaster Mage and continue, to create an arbitrarily large number of Dualcaster Mages, and swing for the win.

The two biggest weaknesses of the deck are graveyard hate and artifact hate. All of our combos involve artifacts, graveyard interaction, or both. Luckily, at least one combo can still function if there is only one type of hate on the field (Artifact hate: Worldgorger dragon, Graveyard hate: Dramatic Scepter, Tidespout Tyrant)

Artifact hate is obviously a bigger deal than graveyard hate, because our commander is an artifact and can't function in artifact hate.

The three main forms of artifact hate are Null Rod, Collector Ouphe, and Karn, the Great Creator.

We run artifact destruction and creature destruction for the first two. Karn is the hardest to deal with, since we would most likely have to deal with it through combat damage, and we don't run that many creatures.

Graveyard hate is a big deal, but not as big a deal, since we don't need to deal with it as directly as artifact hate.
