Step 1: Use Mycosynth Lattice to turn Saheeli Rai (and everything else) into an artifact.

Step 2: Use Saheeli Rai's second ability to make a copy of herself. When it enters, Altar of the Brood triggers, and you sacrifice the original to the Planeswalker uniqueness rule. Then, the Altar's ability resolves, and each opponent mills a card.

Step 3: The token of Saheeli can then create a copy of itself the same way, and you repeat the process until none of your opponents have cards in their libraries.

Liquimetal Coating works the same as Mycosynth Lattice way due to Saheeli's clause "except it's an artifact in addition to its other types."

Yeah makes seens now thanks for the explination [Primusfan42]. I really need to make this combo. Awesome way to get rid of each opponent and also pretty hard to break. A power house :-)

EternalSoldier: You know that only works if you're above 50 life, right? Since the 'Pay 50 life' is a cost of the activated ability, the cost is paid before the ability is activated, if you're at less than 50 life, you can't activate the ability at all.

TheOtherDemko Yes, but it's not hard to get to 50 life in EDH.

Basalt Monolith + Rings of Brighthearth doesn't work for infinite mana, can't copy a mana ability.

You copy its untap ability

Kai-Erik says... #9

Rikeus we copy the untap ability and tap it a second time with another untap trigger on the stack. We need two colorless mana to start it and then it produces infinite colorless.

Sydri, Galvanic Genius + Aetherflux Reservoir or Caltrops get 51 or more life, give Aetherflux Lifelink and death touch and keep firing, and give deathtouch to caltrops for defense

Consider some cruel non-infinite combo's with Mycosynth Lattice such as with Karn, Silver Golem or Hurkyl's Recall or with Vandalblast

A good addition might be Arcum Dagsson to search out your hefty artifacts.

Staff of Domination has numerous infinite combos.

Metalworker is a great fit though a bit pricey.

I really like Mystic Remora in every edh deck I have that's blue the draw potential for 1 blue mana is just too great.

The classic artifact recursion dude Goblin Welder is a good addition.

Mindslaver is a good lock and goes infinite with many things already in your deck and suggestions mentioned above; though it does feel pretty dirty to play with.

Trash for Treasure and Reanimate are some good graveyard recursion cards you may want to include.

Sydri, Galvanic Genius and Aetherflux Reservoir? Pay to make reservoir a lifelink creature and then it's ability becomes "Pay 50 life: lifelink 50 damage" so you can use it over and over to utterly destroy everyone.

Supreme Verdict over Fumigate for sure. 100% take out the temples for different lands. They are going to slow you down significantly and are not worth the "Scry 1" for their slow entry. It could mean the difference between winning and losing a game honestly. Open the Armory could be use full for finding your combo pieces. Also why did you take out Skullclamp? it works so well with Breya to just draw cards to keep the gas going. Also your running the colors for Kiki-Jiki, Mirror Breaker combo, blue Pestermite, Deceiver Exarch, White Restoration Angel, Wispweaver Angel, red Zealous Conscripts , Conquering Manticore. Kiki wouldn't be bad in the deck but mainly it would be more combo's.

jaeger_Konig thanks for the suggestion! What lands should I run instead of the temples? Also I'll look for something to pull for Skullclamp but I don't know what. Any ideas?

The fetch lands and the original dual lands are what he's getting at if you want to make it way more expensive. I personally think the temples are perfectly fine on a budget. Maybe you could run Amulet of Vigor to prevent them from coming in tapped. Also you could run things like City of Brass, Mana Confluence, Forbidden Orchard, or any land that

Taps for any color

Thanks HezTheGod, I don't want to sink too much money into it. And I really like the Kiki idea but I don't want to overpack it. I'll play with it down the road but for now I think the balance is perfect and synergizes so well since many of the combo pieces are interchangeable.

Generally running more than 6 enter tapped lands in a deck will see its tempo slow down a lot. Quite honestly basic lands are the cheapest and easiest way to go. Also the other lands have been suggested that work well for the deck. The only other ones you might consider are the filter lands such as Mystic Gate. You shouldn't need any that produce red but maybe pick up 1 if you decide to go that route. I would highly suggest at least 2 fetch lands. Flooded Strand and Bloodstained Mire cover all 4 colors to get your fetch lands out early. also to be quite honest I would suggest upping the land count to at least 34 since you aren't running green and you can't search for lands. Especially since you do not seem to have a crazy abundance of mana rocks in the deck. My general rule is to never run less than 36 lands. For each land less I need to have at least 3-4 other sources of things that can either search for mana or produce man (aka ramp or rocks). This just brings the consistency of the deck up. I personally like Mind Stone and Hedron Archive because you can cash them in later when you don't need them anymore. Also you might consider Sun Titan for some sweet recursion, which hits over 30 targets in the current deck if I might add. Last but not least, possibly Reshape? If they don't counter it you get to put an artifact into play, which then can't be countered and lets you search for combo as well. and again Open the Armory seems really good, especially if you add back in skull clamp.

as for cuts:Thassa, God of the Sea seems weird and not worthwhile. Hangarback Walker isn't bad but more of a go wide strategy or eventual burn strategy, compared to a combo strategy. Mystical Tutor i'm not quite sure what you will be searching for besides another tutor honestly since combo is the game plan. Panharmonicon much to my dismay as i love this card. It isn't necessary to combo off and your not running nearly enough ETB's to gain value from it, basically just breya and she gets shut down easily. Conjurer's Closet is again another one of those gimicky cards that don't really help you combo off, and again not enough etb's to keep in IMO. Unwinding Clock what benefit do you get out of this card? especially without a lot of instants or flash cards to abuse the extra mana that your going to be getting.

All of these things are my suggestions to help make the deck as Combo heavy as possible so take that into consideration when building the deck and reading these comments. After all it is a game and we play it to have fun, so you do whats right by you. The one I would suggest the most is changing the lands and adding a few more in.

jaeger_Konig I'll add fetches and basics to remove the enter tapped lands in excess of 5 to adjust the tempo down the road, but for now it's running perfectly for me in my circle. Panharmonicon dropped for Skullclamp. And the Mystical Tutor is there to get a wrath or Cyclonic Rift if need be but its primary purpose is to go get Diabolic Revelation so I can fetch all the pieces to a combo at once.

Very similar to my sharuum the hegemon deck. http://tappedout.net/mtg-decks/27-09-16-sharuum-the-hegemon/

+1 from me

Jamiemac hmm, it didn't register your vote for some reason. I like your deck a lot! I'm definitely stealing Insidious Dreams, that would greatly aid in combo setup. +1 from me, as well!

Jamiemac Also, in order to link a deck just tag the last bit between the slashes (/--/) with double brackets and deck: So this http://tappedout.net/mtg-decks/27-09-16-sharuum-the-hegemon/

Becomes Sharuum the Hegemon

You can probably tell I don't use this site a lot haha.

Yeah insidious dreams is amazing. Sets up the combo perfectly.

Swap out the Hangarback walker for Petivus and you can use the same ashnod's altar + nim deathmantle for another infinite combo

Also, I'd consider adding training grounds to drop the cost of activated abilities and then you can use Pili-Pala + Paradise mantle for another infinite mana combo

Thoughts on Aetherflux Reservoir + Sydri, Galvanic Genius ? Both are usable in other ways and it is among my top favorite combos in the entire game.
