This is my attempt at breaking Vilis, Broker of Blood as a commander. Drawing cards is such a powerful effect to be triggered by something that is so often seen as a downside in regular decks. Greed becomes "B: Draw three cards and lose 2 life", Phyrexian Arena becomes "Draw two extra cards in your upkeep and lose 1", and Necropotence now draws you twice the cards for no extra cost. I feel that the deck has a lot of potential to be a real threat at the table, so watch out!
