Using shadowborn apostle to make a mono colour deck which is very easy to understand, and hopefully fun to play for beginners as well as experienced players.

The perfect game plays as follows. A build up of shadowborn apostles as chump blockers and fuel for Xathrid Necromancer and Blood Artist, with the possibility of a turn 3 Demon At Death's Gate. eventually i will have played 6 [shadowborn apostle]] during each playtest I will have done this by turn 7, with plenty of zombie tokens, sufficient life gain and land playing for immortal servitude and a mass sacrifice. Every time i have been ready for the mass sac i have had 1 Blood Artist (for 6 life) and 2 Xathrid Necromancer for 12 2/2 zombies. This gets me a Griselbrand and an immediate 7+ card hand for essentially 1 mana. full hand, 12 zombies, massive demon, all for 5 mana and 1 life? Hell yes.

The devotion in this deck leads to a massive amount of mana, which in this deck spells a win either as soon as or the turn after i play Nykthos, Shrine to Nyx. I hold off on playing it until usually turn 4, and win fairly consistently by turn 6.
