Made some big changes to this pirate deck. Started leaning more toward treasure building, artifacts, and taking artifacts. I have 3 major win conditions, being revel in riches, mechanized production, and hellkite tyrant. I need to add 3 more cards and I cannot figure out what cards to take out so I can put these next few in.
