Based on the Ophidian Eye / Curiosity combo, we want to get our Brallin enchanted and then wheel or even just discard a card depending on the number of opponents and cards we have in hand.

This can set off a chain reaction and draw us so many cards that we have to discard at the end step and deal a bunch of damage to our opponents.

If you have 3 opponents you deal 1 to each of them per card you discard, which means you draw 3 card discarded. Once you've drawn a bunch more cards you obviously have to go down to 7 again and the cycle continues. This is why we have Kozilek, Butcher of Truth in the deck so we can shuffle our graveyard and deck back together and it's also useful to be able to do it with Aquamoeba or Tireless Tribe at instant speed for when we're desperate to regain a library. Library of Leng helps out with this too as does Echo of Eons.

The more pingers you have the fast you can win too so I've included Glint-Horn Buccaneer, Psychosis Crawler & Niv-Mizzet, Parun for some redundancy too.
