Ideally everyone is kind to you cause you gave them free stuff. That's when you start gaining value by bouncing their permanents to hand or straight up stealing them.

Bonus track! You can go infinite with Time Warp + Archaeomancer + any flicker/bounce effect (I reckon Deadeye Navigator is the most efficient outlet). It has the advantage that two out of three of the combo pieces are creatures, so you can cheat them put for free with Braids and go off with much less mana than it seems.
