A Brago deck where as much as possible is Kaladesh cards or the handful of cards depicting Kaladesh from Origins. The main mechanical themes are:

1. Energy! Generating loads and using it on payoffs like Aetherworks Marvel, Electrostatic Pummeler, Consulate Surveillance.

2. Vehicles! Tap your creatures to crew, swing with Brago, flicker all those creatures so nowwww, they're untapped! Crewing means you don't have to leave yourself as open to attacks as normal because of Brago's flicker effect. Skysovereign, Consul Flagship, Untethered Express.

3. Revolt! Fabircate! Value ETBs! There's hardly any revolt cards in U/W but there are some cute ones like Call for Unity and Deadeye Harpooner. More generally, Cloudblazer, Prophetic Prism, Felidar Guardian, Visionary Augmenter, ETC, so many cool ETB's in these blocks!

Lastly, there are a couple minor thopter (+go wide) synergies since thopters were such a big part of the visual identity of the block. Thopter Spy Network, Whirler Rogue, etc. I let this give me a flavour-pass on cards like Pilgrim's Eye even though it's not from the set, as it's one of the very few cards with the 'Thopter' creature type!

If you really wanted to cheese this theme (and have a phat wallet), you could always include masterpieces too. Unfortunately my wallet is of the phlat variety.
