Deck is trying to control the opponents resources while grinding out little advantages which finally can be multiplied through blinking with Brago, King Eternal . There also are two Combos to win the game, as winning through beatdown likely won't do it.

Altar Mill

Altar of the Brood + Strionic Resonator + manarocks that for a minimum of (they must not be "enters tapped") + a Brago, King Eternal trigger on the stack. Somewhat complex, but long story short: barring shuffle effects in a opponent's deck each opponent's deck will be milled. If an explanation on this is needed feel free to leave a comment :)

Deadeye Blink

Deadeye Navigator + Peregrine Drake : this one creates mana/LTBs/ETBs. With that you most likely are able to squeeze together a whacky wincon.
