Attempt at buidling a Persistent Petitioners deck for EDH.

I've seen a lot of people build Petitioners with Grand Arbiter Augustin IV as the commander. While Augustin's certainly a great choice, I decided to go with Brago instead, as I feel that for the long run, he's more benefitial than Augustin. Being able to flicker all of your Petitioners is incredibly strong in my opinion. Because the 2nd mill ability is not affected by summoning sickness, you can tap all of your Petitioners, flicker them and tap them again immediatly.

Add Intruder Alert! to the mix and you'll probably be able to mill at least 1 player per attack with Brago.

As it stands, the deck needs a lot of improvement, as it's a bit slow in its setup. I'll probably look into adding some enchantment tutors, as well as more Petitioners.
