This is my competitive Brago list. Been playing the hard control/stax arhcetype since I got into Magic 7 years ago. I put a lot of work into this deck, and this what I got. Please feel free to send any suggestions/criticisms my way; I want to make the best UW build in the format.

Our goal here is to lay down stax pieces early while using our Brago to break parity. We either go the Strionic Resonator route and infinitely bounce a Rishadan creature or Venser to win the game or Establish a hard lock with Brago + Tangle Wire + Stasis. You can also achieve this same lock with Brago + Tangle Wire + static orb/Winter orb. Once either one is established you can tutor and play trinisphere (making it impossible to respond with enough mana to do anything during the untap step.)
