Here is my take on a fast aggro dash burn deck standard post rotation. No M15 and no Theros. Has gone through many changes and is still evolving. Probably going to make a transition into adding a bit of Mardu into the mix. See the updates below for more info.

Battle tested FNM 2-0-2 — Sept. 5, 2015

Went 2-0-2 at FNM. Beat Tutelage U/B Mill and U/W Flyers. Lost to Abzan and Temur Dragon. Overall was happy to see the synergies working out well, and I didn't have a few cards that I wanted for FNM so I made due.

Some positives I found with the deck so far...

The main deck synergy: The Revolving Door of Pain is great. Many times I found myself having double Impact Tremors out on the battlefield and able to do sustained damaged throughout the match with my goblin tokens and dashers. Didn't even need to attack to deal damage and win! Which is good for when you end up with your creatures at a stand off. Outpost Siege is just icing on the cake, and doubly useful when you find yourself not drawing well and need to have it on Khans.
Pitiless Horde did work! Even with the 2 damage upkeep, these guys force the opponent to deal with them. If I could dash them out even better.
Kolaghan Forerunners synergized real well with the goblin tokens I was making and with trample and dash creates a very threatening creature that needs to be answered.
Having Nantuko Husk out on turn 3 really gives you options when you start bringing in the tokens. If you manage to open the board you get a huge swing in or can respond to an opponent's nasty creature.
Warbringer was essential. And at the suggestion of another player I'm seriously considering Ambuscade Shaman.
Dashing Kolaghan, the Storm's Fury is the only way to go. Such a strong creature for this deck, I'm going to add another one.
Sideboarding Despise and Duress was a great way to respond to the opponents. I'm considering main boarding them.

Couple issues I had during the night - Found myself color and land screwed a couple of times. Going to add some Bloodfell Caves to my mana mix.

Feeling the limitations of Ultimate Price. Considering using Foul-Tongue Invocation and/or Murderous Cut.
Came up short against Abzan. So I think I'm going to sideboard some Self-Inflicted Wounds to help deal with that.
Foul-Tongue Shriek and Collateral Damage did not work as well as I had hoped for this deck. They will be cut.
Mardu Strike Leader was sadly very underwhelming. He will be cut.
