Pretty straight forward Rakdos Control. Discard, Removal, and Blood Moon with Demigod of Revenge as the main win con. Sneak a Demigod into the graveyard with a Lili +1, Faithless Looting, etc. Last Hope and Kommand are useful for recurring creatures you may have thrown to Looting earlier in the game in order to keep more answer cards in hand. Last Hope and Torch of Defiance offer up additional win cons along with abilities useful to our control plan in the early-mid game.

The draw to this build over my other list (more planeswalkers and discard in place of Demigod and Looting) is that it can push for the win more aggressively, and is much better against UWx thanks to Demigod's cast trigger.
