R/W/B i like to play in swamps and fire

This has now morphed into more of a Red White deck with some Black thrown in.

The basic idea is to get Ankle Shanker with Ponyback Brigade and combo them with Hordeling Outburst to have shear numbers on the board with deathtouch and first-strike to cut through any creatures and burn the opposing player down.

Any thoughts and criticism is welcome.

So, i ended up playing this deck in a standard tournament for FNM. (I usually play booster but we didn't have enough to fire on Halloween night.) I thought i had my deck pretty much nailed down, however i was wrong, after looking at what i needed and what i was week against i made some changes, most noticeably i added 4 more lands (both dual and Tri) to help speed my deck up a little bit, i removed some 2 and 3 drops that didn't make sense and i added a couple one drops. i also removed 2 of the walkers that i felt didn't make sense in the deck, i have two Liliana Vess and one sorin, the solemn visitor i will probably add one more sorin and maybe a couple more of liliana and sorin in the side board? or maybe sarkhan and chandra? i haven't decided yet. sideboard and maindeck are pretty much solid IMO at this point.

Thoughts?
