A budget Fairy Control deck, featuring lots of bouncy cards.

Thornwind Faeries + Sigil of Sleep can be used to keep the bounce going every turn, although this may not be necessary if your opponent can't deal with fliers.

Quickling can be used for some self-bounce on Spellstutter Sprite for continuous use. Alternatively, use it to save something important. You can also bounce the Spellstutters with Familiar's Ruse for some counter-on-counter action.

AEtherspouts is like bounce, but nastier. Use to stop an opponent in their tracks. Evil grin optional, but recommended.

Wash Out can act as a board wipe, and against any color other than Blue (and maybe Black) leaves you totally fine.

Oona, Queen of the Fae can be used for both mill and token generation as circumstances dictate. Especially nasty if used as a followup to AEtherspouts.
