My typical Brago, King Eternal 75% deck that focuses on blinking and bouncing for value. This is my second attempt at the deck, and there's a lot of redundancy in place of more interesting one-off effects.

Cards like Flickerwisp or Felidar Guardian keep the blinks coming, while Momentary Blink and Eerie Interlude can provide one-time leaps and bounds for board-state, and Strionic Resonator is basically a game ender with the right mana fixing. To keep Brago going, cards like Unquestioned Authority or Steel of the Godhead provide a better guarantee of value, without them the deck can sputter and die.

I'm trying my best to keep it from becoming degenerately stax-y, despite Azorius' tendency for the strategy. Instead, almost all of my bounces focus on returning to hand (e.g. Man-o'-War, AEther Adept, and Stern Proctor, or delaying play like Journey to Nowhere or Detention Sphere. I know Reality Acid is in there, but that's mostly because I already had a copy.

Some of my favorite targets are card draw (e.g. Cloudblazer, Mulldrifter, or Wall of Omens), recursion (e.g. Auramancer or Reveillark), and ramp (e.g. pay-for-untap rocks like Basalt Monolith and Mana Vault, or "free" spells like Cloud of Faeries or Peregrine Drake or Treachery, or the one-off Kor Cartographer).

There are also a few weirdo etb effect spells in here, or cards that benefit from blinking. Higlights include: Stonehorn Dignitary, Lightform/Cloudform, and Glen Elendra Archmage.

The endgame is slowing others down and pulling out a heck of a lot of tokens by blinking Elspeth, Sun's Champion /Elspeth Tirel, Captain of the Watch, Whirler Rogue, Myr Battlesphere, Master of Waves, or Geist-Honored Monk.
