This deck uses bounce effects and blinking to control the board, eventually winning with a flying beater (Restoration Angel, Reveillark, or, more often than not unfortunately, Mulldrifter). The deck relies a lot on its suite of enters/leaves the battlefield effects to control the board. Allow me to explain a few of the choices here:

• Cloudshift: No, it's not in the deck, though a lot of similar decks seem to prefer it over Blink. I prefer the versatility of Flashback and the convenience of Rebound found with Momentary Blink and Ephemerate.

• Evacuation: This one kind of explains itself, but I know a few of you may see it and think "why not just use Wrath of God? You have Reveillark to bring back most of your guys anyways." And you may be right, honestly, but there are a lot of situations where Evacuation is strictly better than Wrath, especially in this deck. For example, Evacuation removes indestructible creatures, neuters reanimator, and, since it's an Instant, it can actually save my creatures from my opponent's own Wraths. It's a surprisingly valuable card in this deck and, though I can see some merit to simply Wrath-ing creatures away, I find that Evacuation is the glue that holds this deck together in a lot of games, though I admit it has backfired once or twice in the past (usually in semi-mirror matches or vs Allies).

Thanks to Modern Horizons, my old pal Man-o'-War makes a triumphant return! No more Reflector Mage! No more Deputy of Acquittals! just a good old fashioned Unsummoning jellyfish! Feels good man. Also another of my favorites, Lonely Sandbar joins the deck, just for fun. I've also thrown in a couple of Endless Sands since my last edit since it seems tailor made for decks like this one and seems like a nice on-theme combat trick.

If you do make a suggestions, please also suggest a card to replace as I tend to have a hard time parting with cards already in the deck and it helps to have some input on why X card you suggested is better than Y card in the deck.
