Uses Zealous Conscripts/Mark of Mutiny along with Cloudshift to permanently take control of creatures, while using Martial Law, Azorius Arresters, and Arrest to control opponents creatures. No idea what to put in the sideboard yet though. Doomed Traveler makes a really, really good chump blocker too.
