Based off of old Boros burn decks around Ravnica standard because they looked fun to play. Not meant to be super competitive, but I think it has potential to be pretty rad. It's... Mostly budget. It'll probably become more budget if I actually build it.

There's cheap removal, efficient creatures, and burn. It's not necessarily trying to burn them out as fast as possible though. There's supposed to be a certain inevitability about it. I.E. Chandra's Phoenix will swing with evasion even after getting killed, Boros Reckoner will damage you one way or another, I WILL top deck a burn spell to push that last bit of damage through.

That's also why there's no one drops like Goblin Guide and it doesn't necessarily curve out. And why there's scry. Because I need some deck manipulation for a long game, but nothing that can dilute the main three things the deck does.
