Summary

Use Gisela, Blade of Goldnight to do double damage to everyone while you're only taking half. There are a lot of Red burn spells to damage creatures or players and many of the creatures will do repeatable damage.

Strategy

The easiest plan is to have Gisela out and either do combat damage or spell damage to opponents en masse to quickly win. Another strategy is to use Heartless Hidetsugu to immediately knock everyone's health in half. If Gisela is out, you will only lose 1/4 of your life and everyone else will either be dead or with 1 life. If Purity is out, you will gain life instead of losing it. If you activate Hidetsugu while Dictate of the Twin Gods or Gratuitous Violence are out then everyone with even life will die and everyone with odd life will be left with 1 (including yourself if you don't have Purity or Gisela out). Even without Gisela, your creatures and burn spells should be doing enough damage to gain the victory. There are also a lot of protective artifacts and enchantments to keep Gisela and other important creatures alive. And if things aren't going so well, there are enough board wipes to level the playing field when needed.

Budget Deck

While this deck is already fairly cheap, I already owned many of the more expensive cards so it can be cheaper. Here are some cheaper substitutes I found while building this deck you can use: Gisela, Blade of Goldnight -> I don't recommend switching her out as she is central to the strategy of this deck but if you must, Anya, Merciless Angel is the second best R/W commander for this deck. All of the other R/W Legendaries are more aggro attack focused and so a lot more of the deck would need to be changed to better fit them as the commander. Purity -> Again, I don't recommend taking this card out because it fits the strategy so well but a cheaper card like Spirit of the Hearth will still protect you and give you a powerful white flyer. Blasphemous Act -> There aren't any cheaper options to do 13 damage to all creatures but Slagstorm deals 3 to each creature or each player which is sometimes enough. Starstorm is another good option but will cost more mana and won't hit players. If you just need to kill one creature, Shivan Meteor will do 13 damage to target creature. Bonfire of the Damned -> There aren't any other good cards that I could find that will just destroy an opponent and all their creatures like Bonfire but there are many cards with an X in their mana cost that will do a lot to a single target or disperse the damage among multiple targets. Aurelia's Fury was one of the last to get cut from this deck as was Fall of the Titans . Lightning Bolt & Lightning Helix -> These cards are expensive so if I didn't already have them, they wouldn't be in this deck. Magma Spray, Lightning Strike, and Incinerate all work along with a dozen other spells that all do similar amounts of damage for a couple of mana or less. Sol Ring -> Don't skimp on this one. Basically every Commander deck needs a Sol Ring. There is no replacement. Making these changes will take about $20 off the price tag.
