Further more, i'd say Ash Zealot should be a 3 card side board option, not main deck.
Last comment, swear. You're wanting a boros deck but i think maybe you're not putting enough emphasis on what makes boros effective, Battalion. There are plenty of red and white instants like Boros Charm that provide the needed push to keep your legion alive. Zealous Conscripts are nice, but are, IMHO, costs too much and would only slow you down when that mana could be going to a cheaper, battalion creature and maybe Act of Treason . Maybe drop the Skyknight Legionnaire to 2 and Frontline Medic to 3 with the fourth sided along with more Boros Charm against board wipers.
