I made this deck to be a mix between Ramunap, Vehicles, and Dwarves for Ixalan, This deck is budget and pretty competitive! I wanted to make a replacement for Mardu Vehcicles but wanted a budget. The goal is to be very aggressive and stay on curve dealing lots of face damage and burning them for the kill. I have decided not to use Heart of Kiran because i am not using any planeswalkers. Feedback is much appreciated!
