The idea is to create value off the top of your deck.

Top deck manipulation:

• Serum Visions
• Saheeli Rai

Top deck usage:

• Bomat Courier
• Delver of Secrets
• Stromkirk Occultist
• Dark Confidant

Rest of the deck is hand and board disruption.

You can discard 2 cards to Collective Brutality and then follow up with popping Bomat Courier or keep a counter up. Saheeli Rai is main deck to assist with top deck knowledge/manipulation, but also to apply further pressure. The deck has 8 one drops, 4 with haste, 4 with potential flying, they either have to deal with your threats, or go for your Saheeli.

This deck can be aggressive, disruptive and full of value, which I think can be a recipe for greatness, at a fraction of the cost.

Card Interactions:
First cast Fatal Push, then sacrifice Bomat Courier and Revolt has been triggered, so it will be able to destroy a creature with casting cost up to 4.
Cards allowing discard: Bomat Courier, Collective Brutality, Lightning Axe, Liliana of the Veil.
Cards using discard: Stromkirk Occultist, Big Game Hunter.
