This is the result of my love for Grixis. It started off as a really janky Grixis deck with its focus on Slaughter Games and tearing my opponent's deck apart. Now, after tons of input from you wonderful people on Tapped Out, it's become a lethal weapon that murders Modern.

To win with this deck, you have to follow these basic steps

Step 1: Deny your opponent the satisfaction of playing any threats with Mana Leak and Counterflux.

Step 2: Allow your opponent to land a threat so you can pimp slap it away with a Terminate, Dreadbore, or Anger of the Gods.

Step 3: Play your suite of planeswalkers to assist in the breaking of your opponent's will to play.

Step 4: Burn your opponent away with Lightning Bolt and Electrolyze, while beating their face in with your Batterskull, Snapcaster Mage, Tasigur, the Golden Fang or Keranos, God of Storms.

Step 5 (Optional, but recommended): Utimate Tamiyo, the Moon Sage and Lightning Bolt your opponent to death, or, if you really hate the person in front of you, ultimate Ral Zarek and use the creatures you take with Ashiok, Nightmare Weaver to kill their owner.

Empty the Pits Gone! — July 15, 2015

So after playtesting the deck a bunch, and taking it out and messing with it, I learned one thing pretty fast. Empty the Pits just was not working. Now I'm looking at the possibility of adding Tasigur, the Golden Fang for the extra mileage he gives, but I'm not sure how I would tweak the list.
