I think of this at around a 7-8 power level. I did decently at my old LGS with this deck a few years ago. Since then I've upgraded it a bit and moved across the country, and at my new LGS I've been stomping with it so far, so it might be more powerful than that.

It contains no turn 1 wins (I don't enjoy cEDH), and the only way to win in a single turn involves Planeswalker ultimates.

Possible future inclusions range from Geyadrone to Exsanguinate. The Cabal Coffers so far has been a dead card without Urborg in place because I run so few lands with the Swamp land type. It often doesn't even break even on mana. I'm considering exsanguinate so that Coffers has more of an upside. Currently it just has 2 X spells, so it hasn't paid off yet.

Deliver Unto Evil has overperformed my expectations, while the Elder Spell has generally underperformed in my local meta. Both were included partly for flavor, but they also fill niche roles. I have sparing graveyard recursion, but Deliver has been incredibly useful a few times.
