The idea is to use kill spells/counterspells and Planeswalker abilities to get rid of opponent's field (also creating blockers, and artifacts for slight mana ramp) until you can get your Commander out and use The Elderspell (even on your own Planeswalkers) for the win.

The maybe list is there in case I want to switch it up or make an EDH with the transforming Nicol Bolas.
