I usually only play types such as Commander & Modern, only because I never really felt that standard was right for me. I went to the Hour of Devastation pre-release, and it changed how I view about this block.

So today I bring you my "Bolas Afflict" deck. Now, I love Nicol Bolas. Ever since I bought the duel deck, I was hooked on Bolas. When I pulled the Nicol Bolas, God-Pharaoh at pre-release, I knew that it was about time. Which is why I come here with this deck.

The basic premise of it is to play all of the cards with Afflict. That's it. Fairly simple.

I recognize that there are cards that are either not flavorful, or do not have much utility in this deck. I plan on fixing that as time goes on.
