Another set of updates. This time I want to make the deck truly tournament viable and so I've changed the following:

Magma Jet is now on mainboard. I think the Scry 2 is worth losing 1 damage from the previous Incinerate

Skullcrack debuts in this deck to prevent against lifegain

Isochron Scepter is a new wild card here as it allows me to surely play the instant I most need (depending on the opponent I got) every turn. Also it specifically says the copy is cast (unlike Pyromancer Ascension), so it triggers Guttersnipe and Thermo-Alchemist

Sideboard was changed to fit 15 cards
unredemption thank you for your suggestions. I think Gut Shot does too low damage even if it's "free". I prefer to have Lava Spike or even Incinerate for a better dose of damage, which doubles if I have Pyromancer Ascension on.
Really liked Gitaxian Probe though. A draw and spying on the enemy's hand for 0 mana is something that can work on this deck.

considered Gitaxian Probe or Gut Shot?
both can be cast off for 0 mana, so they trigger your thermo alchemist and guttersnipe for "free", and the probe even cantrips itself.
