What is this madness? There's only four cards that cost less than three mana! Well, I'm glad you asked, straw-man, because this is Cascabalance! You have lots of Borderposts so that you can hit the required mana milestones to cast spells without actually having lands in play. Then what? Well, you shouldn't have any creatures in play, either (at best a suspended Nihilith ), so you cast one of ten Cascade spells (probably my favourite mechanic in the game), and Cascade into Restore Balance . Yes. Read it. Then cry and move your entire board state into the bin, while I kill you with a bunch of 3/3s!

Bow of Nylea gives you some long-game resiliency, in being able to add those 'Balances back to your deck, while also allowing you to gain life or grow a creature. Goblin Rabblemaster is so good that I added one, just because the opponent will likely have nothing to interact with it post-Balance. Oblivion Ring is a good catch-all, and costs 3 or more. And Simian Spirit Guide is so important - the acceleration is not to be underestimated.

Violent Outburst is an instant, so use it like one!
