Built a deck out of a few boosters and traded a few cards with friends, then bought the copies to get some to 4x at a local shop.

Still pretty new to magic and wondering if there some inexpensive ways to further what I'm trying to accomplish with this deck. The idea was just to run a low curve mono-red aggro deck, then I decided to splash blue to get some draw and limited counter spell effects to prevent early spot removal.

I know this is far from an optimized list, just working with what I had and would like any advice on how to improve it without breaking a broke college students budget.
