1st day Mythic!

Built this deck around the ideas of maximizing Brineborn and/or Faerie Vandal . So lots of flash and lots of card draw.

Gadwick, the Wizened is the most underrated card in Standard. It's a fine replacement for Tempest Djinn . Less aggressive but very strong both on defense and on scuttling opponent defenses, AND it's a massive card draw late game.

Budget.
Brazen Borrower is the only money card and it’s not the most important card by far. By all means cut it, and this deck becomes under 30$. Likewise the rare lands are optional. In all my games I only castle scried like once and Blast Zoned like 3 times. The common land however is great lategame so play around.

Sideboard ideas.
Selective Snare at worst is 1U: bounce a creature, but in this world of Goblins, Knights, Elementals, and Elk, this card very easily clear a path when you need it.

Saheeli - there are enough instants, enchantments and sorceries in this deck that she can have a lot of fun clogging the board.
