My first attempt on a mill deck. I am greatly inspired by "Milling to Victory" by Gavin Verhey.

Battle plan: In short, I want to draw as many cards as possible, Dictate of Kruphix helps. When I draw a card, the opponent will have to discard at least two for every Sphinx's Tutelage in play. If the Sphinx's Tutelage is not in play yet, the card drawing will help me find it.

Kraken Hatchling and Omenspeaker are cheap creatures with good toughness that synergize well with Whelming Wave (Kraken stays, Omenspeaker can scry 2 once more).

Currently keeping a playset of Maritime Guard to try more creatures. Want to exchange these for Hedron Crab when I have the opportunity to see how much it would influence the milling. Would probably add 4 Evolving Wilds as well in that case.

Elixir of Life helps regenerate life but it also helps to recover important spells in case they are destroyed.

I am a casual player, so I don't care too much about restrictions and formats.
