This is a simple budget deck I developed in like 10 minutes that turned out to be pretty fun.

First, blue elves. Especially Coiling Oracle, which ramps amazingly well

Second, Nulltread Gargantuan , which is cheap and bounces back Coiling Oracle, ramping even more.

Third, Fable of Wolf and Owl, which, with all that bouncing and due to the fact that all my creatures are both blue and green, puts a lot of tokens into play, very fast and Momir Vig, Simic Visionary, which allows me to tutor for more Nulltread Gargantuans

There's no removal though, Might end up putting some Naturalizes.

Yeah, it's frail and simple but pretty fun and easy on your pockets.
