The focus of this deck is to buff your spirits up with various effects, all the while controlling the flow of the game as much as you can, i.e. tapping opponent creatures, bouncing them back to their owner's hands. Nebelgast Herald + Rattlechains can accomplish this by making every spirit you cast have flash, and giving the ability to tap upon entering the field. Spectral Sailor has flash inherently, along with a nice draw ability should it be required.

Mausoleum should be quite useful with all the buffs as Drogskol Captain, Supreme Phantom, and Empyrean Eagle. Finally, the transmute ability of Drift of Phantasms should prove beneficial, since Kaijin of the Vanishing Touch and Geist of the Archives cover the defender role well enough.

This deck isn't 100% done, as I'm always open to suggestions, but so far this has come quite a ways from the jumbled mess I threw together a while back. Mostly thanks to HalbrechtHalbrecht, of course.
