Ok so this is essentially mono-blue devotion with a draw engine aggro twist. The whole idea is to play low cast hard to block dorks, benefit from drawing and make everyone hard to block thats mega sized.

Deck Tech:

Card Engines/ Balloon: Military Intelligence , Jeskai Elder , Bident of Thassa, then through the draw power "blow up" your Chasm Skulker balloon.

Devotion lovers: Nykthos, Shrine to Nyx, Thassa, God of the Sea, Master of Waves

Tricks to save your creeps : Turn to Frog (haha your fatty is now a 1/1, say goodbye as I block), Triton Tactics (MEGA UNDERRATED, it "freezes" creatures you block and forces a tap, get 2 beefy blockers for 1 mana, and helps your creeps survive burn), Quickling (She saves your doods, and is a flyer for 2 mana and a 2/2, totally good)

Swing with no fear: Hypnotic Siren + Quickling (Flyers), Aqueous Form + Thassa, God of the Sea + Triton Shorestalker (Just plain can't be blocked)
